What can I say about Neeko…She is a fun reptile to play.

Best way to use her skills is to Snare first  by using Tangle-Barbs after the champion is snared use Blooming Burst to punish. If you mange to to land the longer duration snare hit Blooming Burst then Shapesplitter close to the champion and unleash Pop Blossom.

 Blooming Burst

Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 
Range: 800

Neeko throws a seed dealing magic damage. The seed blooms again on hitting champions or killing units.

Neeko throws a seed that blooms to deal magic damage. If it kills a unit or hits a champion or large monster, it will bloom again, dealing magic damage. Max 2 extra blooms.


Cost: No Cost
Range: 900

Neeko passively deals bonus magic damage every third attack. Neeko can activate to send a clone in a direction.

Passive: Every 3rd attack deals bonus magic damage and increases Neeko’s movement speed.

Active: Neeko becomes invisible and projects a clone that lasts seconds. Neeko and the clone gain % movement speed.


Cost: 60/65/70/75/80
Range: 1000

Neeko slings a tangle that damage and root everything it passes through, rooting the last champion for a longer duration. If the tangle passes through 2 units it becomes larger, faster and roots for longer.

Pop Blossom

Cost: 100 
Range: 600

After a short preparation, Neeko leaps into the air and gains a shield. Upon landing, nearby enemies are damaged and stunned. The preparation is hidden if Neeko is disguised.

After seconds Neeko leaps into the air. She gains a shield that absorbs damage for each nearby enemy champion. Nearby enemies are slowed by When Neeko lands she deals magic damage and stuns nearby enemies for seconds. This ability can be prepared in secret if Neeko is disguised.
